At today’s meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Obligations and Basic Legal Property Relations in Air Transport.

Also, in line with Article 16 paragraph 2 of the Law on Concessions, the Committee inspected the 2017 Performance Report of the Commission for Concessions of Montenegro. Starting from a discussion with regard to the said report, the Committee pointed out to the possibility for holding of a consultative hearing of representatives of line ministries in the said field.

Consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing has been postponed for some of the following Committee meetings, due to impossibility of the representative of proposer to attend the meeting.
