At the meeting that was held today, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament the adoption of the following:
- Proposal for the Decision on long-term lease of land for developing the base settlement of the mountain centre "Kolašin 1600" with the Proposal for the Agreement on long-term lease of the land and the Report on the results of the tender on long-term lease of the land;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Expropriation, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Mr Željko Aprcović, Mr Nikola Rakočević and Ms Jovanka Laličić, with seven amendments (23-1/8-4/2) of the proposer; as well as
- Report on the implementation of the 2015-2018 National Consumer Protection Programme for the period from July 2017 until June 2018.
In addition, the Committee considered and decided to, in accordance with the Article 137 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, forward the opinion on the Proposal for the Law on Academic Integrity to the responsible Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports, in terms of the impact of proposed solutions to the state budget.
Within the item of current issues, the Committee reached the decision, in accordance with the Article 75 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, on holding the control hearing of Mr Osman Nurković, Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs, on the topic "Development Policy of the Airports of Montenegro in the context of the proposed concession act". The control hearing will be held on 31 October 2018.
