At today’s meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget has considered 11 amendments to the Proposal for the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro. The Committee noted that four amendments have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.  Also, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to reject four amendments.

Bearing in mind that the Committee noted that amendments could not be submitted to tabular - textual part of the Budget explanation, proposers of amendments (33/18-7/13; 33/18-7/17 and 33/18-7/18) have agreed to re-phrase the amendments.  Starting from that, as well as from the discussion of the Committee on the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt three conclusions.

The Committee will vote on amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government Financing in the continuation of the meeting.
