At today’s continuation of the meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget has considered additional three amendments submitted to the Proposal for the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro and eight amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Local Self-Government Financing.
The Committee was informed that three amendments to the Proposal for the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković and Mr Raško Konjević, were remodified to constitute one amendment at the meeting of the Legislative Committee, therefore the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to reject these amendments.
The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to reject the following amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Local Self-Government Financing:
- three amendments of Mr Andrija Popović, MP (00-39/18-1/2), modified at the Legislative Committee meeting to constitute two amendments;
- amendment of MPs Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković and Mr Raško Konjević (00-39/18-1/8); as well as
- amendments 1 and 2 by Mr Genci Nimanbegu, MP, (00-39/18-1/5).
Mr Genci Nimanbegu, MP, has withdrawn amendments 3 and 4 (00-39/18-1/5 i 00-39/18-1/9).
