At its Meeting held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Administrative Fees and Proposal for the Law on Local Communal Fees.
Within current issues and starting from the initiative of Mr Raško Konjević, the Committee in line with Art. 75 of parliamentary Rules of Procedure, the Committee reached a decision on control hearing of the Minister of Finance and Director of the Tax Administration concerning the application of the Law on the Rescheduling Tax Receivables.
The time of holding of the hearing will be determined subsequently.
