At today’s meeting, the Committee has considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro and Proposal for the Decision on Amending the Decision on Borrowing of Montenegro for 2019, whose adoption is proposed, among other reasons, due to the increase of budget revenue for € 6.03 M or 0.33 compared to the planned revenue by the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro, with the aim of creating legislative pre-conditions for re-funding the existing debt and form a fiscal reserve for obligations arising in the coming year.
The Committee has considered three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Mandatory Social Security Contributions, namely:
- one amendment submitted by Ms Ana Nikolić, MP, which was accepted by the proposer of the law and became the integral part of the Proposal for the Law wording; and
- two amendments submitted by MPs Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stankovic and Mr Raško Konjević; after the vote, the Committee, decided to propose to the Parliament not to accept them.
Also, the Committee has considered five amendments to the Proposal for the Decision on establishing the Committee on Monitoring the Implementation of the Decision on granting a long-term lease of Island Lastavica with fortress Mamula, Municipality Herceg Novi and Decision on Accepting Annex No. 1 to the Lease Contract of the hotel “Kraljičina plaža” Budva, submitted by MPs: Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Džavid Šabović, Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Mr Raško Konjević. Following the vote, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament not to accept the said amendments.
Starting from the dynamics of the plenary session, the Committee agreed to postpone the consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax for some of the next meetings of the Committee.
