At its meeting held today, the Committee considered an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System, submitted by MPs Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Marta Šćepanović. Given that the representative of the proposer accepted the proposed amendment, the Committee noted that it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

Furthermore, the Committee also considered eight amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Fiscalisation in the Trade in Goods and Services, submitted by MPs:  Mr Raško Konjević, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, and Mr Džavid Šabović. Given that the representative of the proposer accepted the amendment filed under 33/19-2/8, the Committee noted that it became an integral part of the wording of the Proposal for the Law. Following the reporting, the amendments filed under the following numbers: 33/19-2/4, 33/19-2/5, 33/19-2/6, 33/19-2/7, 33/19-2/9, 33/19-2/10, and 33/19-2/11 did not obtain the necessary majority in the Committee.

Starting from the pace of the plenary session, it was agreed at the Committee to postpone the consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax for an upcoming Committee meeting.
