At the meeting that was held today, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns. At the meeting, the Committee also considered the amendment (23-2/20-2/2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns, introduced by MP Mr Raško Konjević. After the vote, the amendment did not obtain the required majority at the meeting of the Committee.
In addition, the Committee considered proposals for laws submitted by MPs: Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Mr Džavid Šabović, as follows:
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Personal Income Tax,
- Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Mandatory Social Security Contributions,
- Proposal for the Law on delay in payment of credit obligations of loan beneficiaries (lex specialis).
The opinions of the Government on the above-mentioned proposals for laws had not been submitted to the Committee until the beginning of the meeting. After the vote, the proposals for laws did not obtain the required majority of the Committee.
Also, the Committee considered and decided, in accordance with Article 137 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, to present the responsible working body – the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, with the opinion on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Old Royal Capital, submitted by MPs: Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Mr Džavid Šabović, in terms of impact of the proposed solutions on the state budget.
