At today’s 115th meeting, the Committee has considered ten amendments (06-1/19-1/12) submitted by Mr Branko Radulović, MP, to the Proposal for the Law on Business Enterprises. Following the vote, the amendments, not accepted by the proposer for the law, were not either supported by the necessary majority of the Committee.
Also, the Committee has considered three amendments (06-1/19-1/19) submitted by Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, MP, to the Proposal for the Law on Business Enterprises. Following the vote, the amendments 1 and 2, not accepted by the proposer for the law, were not either supported by the necessary majority of the Committee, while the amendment 3, following the modification, was supported by both - the proposer of the law and the Committee.
Due to the absence of the proposer of the amendment, the Committee has not considered five amendments (06-1/19-1/13 i 06-1/19-1/21) submitted by Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MP, to the Proposal for the Law on Business Enterprises.
