At today’s 19th Meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget has supported and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro the adopt the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the 2017 Budget Law of Montenegro; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement; Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Immovable Property Tax and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries.

In addition, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament the conclusions for adopting the 2016 Annual Performance Report of the Securities Commission and the State in the Securities Market Together with 2016 Financial Report and Report on Conducted Audit of 2016 Financial Statements of the Commission and the 2016 Performance Report of the Deposit Protection Fund

In line with Article 33 of the Law on State Audit Institution, the meeting agreed to issue on 23 July 2017 the public call for appointing one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, which will be published on the web page of the Parliament of Montenegro and in daily newspapers “Dnevne novine”.

Also, in line with Article 50 of the Law on Central Bank of Montenegro, the procedure for appointing four members of the Council of the Central Bank has been initiated.
