The Conference on the topic “Developing Effective Working Relationships between Supreme Audit Institutions and Parliaments” will take place in Ankara, Republic of Turkey, on 8 and 9 November.

The two-day Conference, organised by the Turkish Court of Accounts in cooperation with SIGMA (joint initiative of the European Union and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, aimed at supporting administration reforms of countries in the EU accession process), will gather members of parliaments and representatives of the Network of Supreme Audit Institutions of EU Candidate and Potential Candidate Countries and the European Court of Auditors, as well SIGMA experts, where they will exchange experiences and good practice examples, in order to strengthen relations of the supreme audit institutions and parliaments.

MP Damjanović will also have several discussions with fellow members of the Parliament of the Republic of Turkey.
