The meeting discussed the importance of human resource development in the context of implementation of reforms on the EU path
Chairperson of the Committee on European Integration Mr Adrijan Vuksanović held a meeting with evaluators of the Operational Programme “Human Resource Development” 2012-2013, when they highlighted the importance of human resource development and the return of people to the labour market.
Evaluators of the Operational Programme Mr Richard Alen and Mr Boško Nektarijević spoke about effective and inclusive measures of active employment policy, education and research, social inclusion and technical support as the most relevant areas for their evaluation and analysis in making recommendations.
The interlocutors shared views on the future vision of Montenegro and the role of the Parliament of Montenegro, as at the legislative body, in reducing unemployment and impacting on the growth of self-confidence of the citizens of Montenegro when it comes to the human resources development and their contribution to the labour market.
Chairperson of the Committee on European Integration Mr Adrijan Vuksanović stressed that internal economic and social reforms clearly showed that the European path was, at the same time, the only path that Montenegro strived for.
