Chairperson of the Committee on European Integration Mr Adrijan Vuksanović and member of the Committee Ms Sanja Vlahović today have met H.E. Vincenzo Del Monaco, Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Montenegro.

The meeting discussed further improvement of parliamentary dimension for cooperation between Italy and Montenegro, marked in 2016 by the visit of Italian parliamentarians to Montenegro. The interlocutors agreed on the importance of the exchange of views and experiences between the committees dealing with European affairs, particularly with regard to responsibilities of the Committee on European Integration undertaken upon Montenegro’s accession to the EU. With regard to that, they agreed to establish structural dialogues, which would result in regular exchange of information and coordination of activities within parliamentary cooperation at the EU level.
