The visit was carried out in accordance with the Committee's Action Plan for 2019 on monitoring the rights of persons deprived of their liberty, with a particular focus on minors, as particularly vulnerable group. These topics are continuously addressed by the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms both within its legislative framework and supervisory and control role.
