Committee on International Relations and Emigrants holds its 23rd Meeting

The Committee has considered five proposals for laws

At today’s 23rd Meeting, the Committee has considered and unanimously adopted five proposals for laws that follow under the competence of the Ministry of Defence:  Proposal to the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for co-operation regarding Atomic Information with Secret Technical Annex to the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for co-operation regarding Atomic Information and Confidential Security Annex to the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for co-operation regarding Atomic Information; Proposal fo the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for the Security of Information; Proposal to the Law on Ratification of the Protocol Amending the Security Annex to the Agreement between Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for co-operation regarding Atomic Information; Proposal to the Law on Ratification of the NATO Agreement on the Communication of Technical Information for Defence Purposes; Proposal to the Law on Ratification of the Agreement for the mutual safeguarding of secrecy of inventions relating to defence and for which applications for patents have been made;

Also, at today’s meeting, the Committee has adopted the decision, in line with the Rulebook on the Establishment and Operation of Friendship Group in the Parliament of Montenegro, on submitting the initiative on establishing the friendship group with the Hellenic Parliament.
