The recent visit of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants delegation to the Romanian Parliament was very successful and constructive, this a conclusion of today’s meeting of Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants Mr Andrija Nikolić and Romanian Ambassador to Montenegro Mr Ferdinand Nagy.
The Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants expressed personal and institutional gratitude for excellently organised visit of the Committee to the Romanian Parliament. Mr Nikolić and Mr Nagy assessed that current bilateral political relations of Montenegro and Romania were at exceptionally high level, that there was intensive interstate communication, while these relations would be further enhanced through planned future activities at the highest state level.
Ambassador Nagy stressed that Romania was a reliable friend of Montenegro and a strong supporter of its European path, with the conclusion that one of the key priorities of Romania's presidency of the EU Council would be enlargement to the Western Balkans.
