At its 69th meeting, the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held a control hearing of Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Srđan Darmanović on the topic: "An analysis of the functioning of the diplomatic and consular missions of Montenegro, with an emphasis on the rights and duties of diplomats and other employees in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic and consular missions".

Following the introductory remarks of the Minister and a comprehensive discussion, it was noted that the meeting would be a good opportunity for the Committee to learn about the topic that stirred the attention of the public and to analyse the functioning of the diplomatic and consular network of Montenegro.

The Committee will submit to the Parliament the report on the control hearing and propose an adequate conclusion.
