Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, Mr Andrija Nikolić, said that he expected of the competent authorities of the Russian Federation to send an apology letter and explain reasons for the last night's improper retention of the Member of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Miodrag Vuković, at Domodedovo airport in Moscow.

Mr Nikolić said that such a behavior of the Russian authorities was not consistent with the respect for human rights, nor in the spirit of good diplomatic practices.

According to the Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, such a behaviour is unfair and unacceptable and it does not contribute to good relations between the two countries.
