Emphasising that children are the most important people, the Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations of Emigrants, Mr Andrija Nikolić, said that this will not be the only humanitarian action organised in cooperation with the emigrants, and that MPs and the Committee will support such and similar forms of joint action of our diaspora.
Humanitarian evening was organised for the Children's Center "Mladost" in Bijela, for the needs of the solar system installation and roof reconstruction, and the Chairperson Nikolić handed over the donation, on behalf of the members of the DPS MP Group and his own behalf. Besides the Chairperson of the Committee, Mr Nikolić, the following MPs participated in the event: Mr Miodrag Bobo Radunović, Ms Marija Maja Ćatović, Mr Suad Numanović, Ms Branka Tanasijević, Mr Mirsad Murić, Ms Maja Bakrač, Mr Halil Duković, Ms Aleksandra Vuković, Mr Dragutin Papović, Mr Bogdan Fatić, Ms Nada Drobnjak and Mr Milorad Vuletić.
Members of the Montenegrin Parliament, with the participation in this action, have demonstrated their attitude towards the diaspora, because with good examples and healthy initiatives the loyalty to mother country is being strengthened, Mr Nikolić said.
The charity dinner, besides the representatives of the emigrants from Montenegro, was attended by numerous officials from Montenegro and Germany, including representatives of the diplomatic corps, the Government of Bavaria, representatives of the economic associations from Munich, and the guest of the evening was Montenegrin singer, Mr Sergej Ćetković.
