- We are grateful to the United States of America, the American people, and you personally, for active and overall support to Montenegro, on the path of consolidating state stability and the progress of Montenegrin society.
According to Mr Nikolić, the United States of America have always understood in the right way the role of Montenegro in the region, as a factor of stability and a positive example that encouraged other countries in the region.
- The support of the United States of America is a confirmation of the traditional friendship that has grown into a strategic partnership between our two countries within the NATO Alliance in the period of new pilitical history, which has sealed the alliance of Montenegro and the United States, it is stated in the congratulatory message of the Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, Mr Andrija Nikolić.
