Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration holds its 28th Meeting

Amendments to several proposals for laws considered

At yesterday’s 28th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered 44 amendments to four laws.

The Committee unanimously supported amendments (12) by MP Mr Željko Aprcović to the Proposal for the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, while an amendment by MP Mićo Orlandić did not receive the necessary majority.  The Committee decided to submit 16 amendments to this Proposal for the Law.

The Committee supported amendment by MP Mr Mićo Orlandić and amendment by MP Mr Andrija Popović to the Proposal for the Law on Local Self-Government. Amendments 1 and 3 by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu were not supported by the necessary majority.  MP Nimanbegu abandoned amendment 2.  The Committee decided to submit 6 amendments to this Proposal for the Law.

The Committee supported amendment by MP Mr Željko Aprcović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Administration.

Amendments (3) by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu to the Proposal for the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs, submitted by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu did not receive the necessary majority.
