Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration determines a List of candidates for the election of four members of the Judicial Council from among reputable lawyers

At today’s 40th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration has determined a List of candidates for the election of four members of the Judicial Council from among reputable lawyers.

In line with Art, 16 para 5 of the Law on the Judicial Council and the Rights and Duties of Judges (Official Gazette of MNE, No 011/15 and 028/15), in relation to Public Invitation for the  election of four members of the Judicial Council from among reputable lawyers, No: 00-63-3/18 – 46 of 9 May 2018, Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration issues:
