At its 43rd Meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration unanimously decided to refer to the Parliament the proposal for conclusions (5) regarding the 2017 Performance Report of the Prosecutorial Council and the Public Prosecution Office. Furthermore, the Committee unanimously decided to also refer to the Parliament the proposal for conclusions (8) regarding the 2017 Annual Report on performance of the Judicial Council and general state of the judiciary.
