At today's 74th Meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration has considered the 2018 Performance Report of the Prosecutorial Council and Public Prosecution Office, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Prosecutorial Council of Montenegro.
The Committee Meeting was attended by: Mr Ivica Stanković, Supreme Public Prosecutor and President of the Prosecutorial Council; Mr Veselin Vučković, Public Prosecutor in the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office, Ms Sonja Bošković, Public Prosecutor in the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office and Deputy President of the Prosecutorial Council; Mr Veljko Rutović, Special Prosecutor and member of the Prosecutorial Council and Ms Jelena Đaletić, Public Prosecutor to EUROJUST.
In relation with the said report, the Committee will submit to the Parliament of Montenegro a proposal for conclusions for adoption.
