At its 76th meeting held today, with a majority of votes, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration decided to refer the following documents to the Parliament of Montenegro for adoption: Proposal for Conclusions (6) with regard to the 2018 Annual Report on performance of the Judicial Council and general state of the judiciary and Proposal for Conclusions (8) with regard to the 2018 Performance Report of the Prosecutorial Council and the Public Prosecution Office.

Within today’s meeting, also with a majority of votes, the Committee decided to refer to the line Ministry of Justice of Montenegro the assessments and positions from the consultative hearing held with regard to the “Justice for Pavle” petition.
