Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports held its Eighth Meeting on 25 October 2017 and discussed the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Higher Education, submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Branka Tanasijević.

The amendments and supplement, which are envisaged by this proposal for the law, refer to defining the procedure for establishing the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance in Higher Education, as well as enhancing its competence in order to establish the methodology of ranking the institutions.

The Committee unanimously supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Higher Education.
