At its Eleventh Meeting held today on 19 January 2018, the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports considered amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Natural and Cultural Historical Heritage of the Kotor Region, submitted by MP Ms Marija Ćatović.

In her capacity as submitter of amendments, MP Ms Marija Ćatović elaborated on the essence of the proposed amendments. 

The representative of the proposer Mr Aleksandar Dajković, Director General of the Department for Cultural Heritage at the Ministry of Culture, agreed on the amendments of MP Ms Marija Ćatović.

The Committee voted in favour of the submitted amendments of MP Ćatović, unanimously on amendment 1 and with a majority of votes on amendment 2, and it noted that, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, they became an integral part of the proposal’s wording.
