Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports holds its Nineteenth Meeting

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Sports considered

Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports held its Nineteenth Meeting today, when they considered eight amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Sports, submitted by MPs:

- Ms Branka Bošnjak, Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, Ms Vera Bulatović and Mr Janko Vučinić (four);

- Mr Danijel Živković, Mr Bogdan Fatić and Ms Jovanka Laličić (two) and

- Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić (two).

The Committee unanimoulsy decided not to support amendments 1, 2, 3 and 4, submitted by MPs Ms Branka Bošnjak, Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, Ms Vera Bulatović and Mr Janko Vučinić.

The representative of the proposer of the law did not agree on these amendments.

The representative of proposer of the law accepted amendments 1 and 2 submitted by MPs Mr Danijel Živković, Mr Bogdan Fatić and Ms Jovanka Laličić, thus making them an integral part of the law, in accordance with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.

Also, the representative of proposer of the law accepted amendments 1 and 2 submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić, thus making them an integral part of the law, in accordance with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Sports, submitted by MP Ms Anka Vukićević (one).
