At today’s 30th meeting, the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports has considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Cultural Heritage, submitted by the Government of Montenegro.
Mr Aleksandar Dajković, General Director of Directorate for Cultural Heritage at the Ministry of Culture, delivered introductory remarks and explanation of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Cultural Heritage, in his capacity of the authorised representative of the proposer of the act.
Following the discussion, the Committee unanimously decided to submit two amendments to this proposal for the law. The representative of the proposer of the law accepted the amendments, therefore it has become an integral part of the draft Law, in accordance to Article 150, paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure.
The Committee unanimously decided to support the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Cultural Heritage, and proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt it.
