At its 33rd Meeting held today, the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports, with the submitter of the amendment and representative of the proposer for the law in attendance, considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Cultural Heritage, submitted by Mr Genci Nimanbegu, MP.

Representative of the proposer of the Law Mr Aleksandar Dajković, Director General of the Directorate for Cultural Heritage at the Ministry of Culture, accepted the modified amendment by MP Nimanbegu, which, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

The Committee unanimously decided to submit its amendment, which is legal and technical in nature, with which the representative of the proposer for the law agreed, and it also became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
