Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports holds its 51st meeting

Three proposals for law considered

The Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports considered the following on its 51st meeting that was held today: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Scientific and Research Activity, Proposal for the Law on Innovation Activity and the Proposal for the Law on Incentive Measures for the Development of Research and Innovation.

Introductory remarks and explanatory statement for the aforementioned proposals were provided by Ms Sanja Damjanović, Minister of Science in the Government of Montenegro, Ms Smiljana Prelević, Secretary of the Ministry of Science, and Ms Branka Žižić, Director General of the Directorate for Innovation and Technological Development in the Ministry of Science, in the capacity as the authorised representatives of the proposer.

Foolowing the discussion, the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports decided to endorce, by a majority vote, the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Scientific and Research Activity, Proposal for the Law on Innovation Activity and the Proposal for the Law on Incentive Measures for the Development of Research and Innovation and it proposed their adoption to the Parliament of Montenegro.
