The conference is organised by the Regional School for Public Administration (ReSPA) in cooperation with the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for Gender Equality and the team of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction.

The conference is focused on linking the reform of state administration and gender equality. During the two-day work, the results of the regional research on gender equality in the state administration will be presented, with a special focus on Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the sessions is dedicated to the experience of the Western Balkan countries in gender-responsive budgeting.
