At today’s meeting, the Gender Equality Committee has considered, within its jurisdiction,  the 2017 Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms.

The Committee had unanimously supported the Report and proposed to the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms, being the lead committee, to propose to the Parliament to accept the 2017 Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms.

Within the item current issues, the Committee was informed on the  activities between two meetings.

The meeting was attended by Mr Siniša Bjeković, Deputy Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms, and Ms Milana Bojović, advisor at the institution of Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms.
