Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning, at the meeting that was held today, considered amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings by MPs Ervin Ibrahimović (two), Ms Jovanka Laličić and Ms Marija Ćatović (two), Mr Nikola Rakočević and Ms Marta Šćepanović (one). The proposer accepted the amendment 1 submitted by MPs Laličić and Ćatović and the amendment submitted by MPs Rakočević and Šćepanović. The proposer accepted the modified amendment 2 submitted by MPs Ibrahimović as well and the amendment 2 submitted by MPs Laličić and Ćatović. Accordingly, pursuant to Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, these amendments have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. Following the explanatory statement provided by the proposer, MP Ibrahimović abandoned the amendment 1.
