Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning holds its Twelfth Meeting

The Committee has considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings

At today’s meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered amendments submitted by MPs Ms Ana Nikolić (one) and Mr Genci Nimanbegu (16). Representative of the proposer of the law proposed modification of the amendment submitted by MP Nikolić. The MP accepted the modification, therefore the amendment has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, in accordance with Article 150, paragraph 3 of the Rules of the Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro. MP Nimanbegu had abandoned amendments 9, 13 and 16, explaining that they were contained in amendments submitted by the Committee. The representative of the proposer of the law did not accept amendments by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu. The said amendments were not supported by the Committee either. The Committee decided to submit 20 amendments to the Proposal for the Law, which were accepted by the representative of the proposer of the law, thus they have become an integral part of the Law.
