At today’s Twentieth Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered and supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Transport of Hazardous Substances. The Proposal for the Law ensures functional implementation of the given solutions in the field of transport of hazardous substances, harmonisation with the changes of the systemic regulations and precision of certain provisions for more efficient application.

The 2017 Performance Report of the Committee was adopted at the meeting.
