At today’s 21st Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered and supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism and Hospitality Industry, submitted by MPs Mr Petar Ivanović and Ms Marta Šćepanović, with amendments of the Committee which have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. The Proposal for the Law specifies individual provisions for the purpose of more efficient application, and legal and technical harmonisation was carried out.

Proposal for the Law on Freshwater Fisheries and Aquaculture has not been considered, in line with Art. 67 para. 1 of the Rules of Procedure.
