Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning holds its 23rd Meeting

The Committee has considered an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Freshwater Fisheries and Aquaculture

At today’s 23rd Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered and supported the Proposal for the Law on Freshwater Fisheries and Aquaculture, submitted by MPs Petar Ivanović and Mr Mirsad Murić. Following the explanations by the representative of the proposer, the proposers of the amendment accepted to modify the submitted amendment, and the representative of the proposer consented to this, therefore it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. During the discussion, the Committee decided to submit six amendments to the Proposal for Law and the representative of the proposer consented to this, therefore it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

Also, at today's session, the Committee adopted the 2018 Work Plan.

Within the item "current Issues”, the Committee learned about the Final Report of the State Audit Institution on the audit of the success “Efficiency of calculation and collection of revenues from the use of forests", the Initiative for the Establishment of an Informal Green Parliamentary Group, sent by the NGO "Civic Alliance" and the initiative of MNE Bet which refers to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance.
