Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning holds its 24th Meeting

The Committee considered three proposals for laws

At today’s 24th Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered three proposals for laws.  The Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Plant Nutrition Products and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Veterinary Law.

The Committee has also considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings. Pursuant to Art. 67 para. 2, representatives of the following also took part in discussion on this item: Chamber of Engineering of Montenegro, Union of Employers of Montenegro, Montenegro Business Alliance and Chamber of Economy of Montenegro.  The Committee found that it was necessary to additionally explore a number of suggestions to the proposed legislative text and decided to vote on this Proposal of the Law at the next Committee meeting.

The Committee unanimously adopted the Report (with Proposal for Conclusions) from the First Joint Meeting of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms and the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning – Consultative hearing with the topic "Activities in the field of providing accessibility for the persons with disabilities in Montenegro", held on 28 February 2018.
