Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning holds its 26th Meeting

The Committee considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings

At today’s 26th Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered four amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, submitted by MPs Mr Petar Ivanović, Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Ms Jovanka Laličić, Mr Nikola Rakočević and Ms Sanja Pavićević (four).

After the discussion, a representative of the proposer of the amendment abandoned amendments 1 and 3 and proposed a modification of amendment 2.

A representative of the proposer of the law accepted amendment 2 in its modified form, and amendment 4, therefore they have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, in accordance with Article 150, paragraph 3 of the Rules of the Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.

As a result of the discussions held at the Committee meetings attended by associations of businessmen and professional associations, the Committee unanimously decided to submit an amendment extending the deadline for the drafting and adopting spatial and planning documents whose drafting has begun. A representative of the proposer of the law accepted an amendment of the Committee, therefore it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, in accordance with Article 150, paragraph 3 of the Rules of the Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
