At its 28th meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered the Proposal for the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment which further harmonised national legislation with the EU acquis in this field.

During consideration, the Committee pointed out the need for harmonising certain expressions in the text of the Proposal for the Law and decided to vote on the Proposal at its next meeting.
