At today’s 29th meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered and supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Integrated Prevention and Control of Pollution of the Environment which aims to encourage operators, through more frequent inspection control and strengthening of penal policy, to meet necessary conditions for obtaining work permit as soon as possible.

The Committee also voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, and determined amendments to the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the National Park "Prokletije” and Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region. After the amendments were adopted, the Committee unanimously supported the proposals for decisions.
