At today’s 30th Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has drafted four amendments to the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region.

The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt three conclusions relating to the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region which prescribe the establishment of the information system and the documentation basis for monitoring the indicators of the construction in six coastal municipalities, limitation on the overall construction of the coastal area, appliance of a coastal shift and that a share of construction areas be in line with the 2016 National Integrated Coastal Zone Management Strategy.
