At today’s 31st Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered an amendment to the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu.
After discussion at the Committee meeting and explanations by Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism Mr Pavle Radulović, MP Nimanbegu abandoned his proposed amendment.
Following the discussion on the said amendment, the Committee unanimously decided, given the explanatory statement of MP Nimanbegy, to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt a conclusion relating to the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region of Montenegro, binding the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism to determine a revised limit of coastal property by the end of 2018, at latest by the adoption of the General Regulation Plan.
The amendments (3) to the Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region of Montenegro, submitted by MP Krivokapić, were not considered in line with Article 67 (1) of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure.
