At its meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism and Hospitality Industry. The Proposal for the Law specifies certain legal solutions with special emphasis on harmonising material provisions with the penal ones and resolving problems emerging in misdemeanour proceedings.

During the discussion, they pointed the need for additional specifying of certain provisions through submitting amendments. The Committee decided to vote on the Proposal for the Law subsequently.
