At today’s meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered the Proposal for the Law on Industrial Emission. The Proposal for the Law transposes the Directive on Industrial Emission, prescribes the procedure for issuing integrated licence, determines the body for issuing the licence and inspection control.
The discussion pointed out the need for terminological harmonisation and specifying certain norms.
The Committee decided to vote on this proposal subsequently.
Within the “current issues” item, the Committee considered invitations for participation in conferences and study visits.
