At its 50th meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has decided to submit four amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Industrial Emissions and one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Foreign and Invasive Foreign Species of Plants, Animals and Fungi. The representative of the proposer accepted these amendments, thus they became an integral part of the proposals for laws.
The Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on Industrial Emissions and the Proposal for the Law on Foreign and Invasive Foreign Species of Plants, Animals and Fungi.
Furthermore, the Committee postponed the voting on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
Within the item of the agenda “current issues”, the Committee considered the Proposal by the Chamber of Engineering of Montenegro for amending the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, as well as the Proposal by the NGO “Galop” for amending the Law on Animal Welfare.
