Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning holds its 64th Meeting

The Committee considered one proposal for laws

At today’s 64th Meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection from Noise in the Environment. The amendments to the Law relate to the alignment of this Law with the Law on Communal Police, establishing that the affairs of the communal police include communal supervision and provision of communal order in the field of noise, precisely determining the competence of the authorities for conducting supervision at the local level in this area.
