Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning holds its 82nd Meeting

The Committee considered one proposal for the law

At today’s meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Protection from the Ionising Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security. The reasons for adopting the Law are harmonisation with the amended EU acquis in the field of ionizing radiation protection and radiation safety and the adopted standards and guidelines of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the International Commission on Ionizing Radiation Protection.

The discussion pointed put to the need of specifying certain provisions of the Proposal for the Law.
