At its Meeting held today, the Committee considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Tourism and Hospitality Industry. The Proposal for the Law defines the term “special circumstances”, proposes the solution for unimplemented contracts on tourist package deals due to special circumstances caused by coronavirus pandemic and gives basis for the adoption of a secondary legislative act.

Under the item of the agenda Current issues, the Committee adopted the conclusions from the consultative hearing on: “Monitoring the implementation of conclusions on: “Revitalisation and protection of Maslinada and Valdanos Cove””, held on 11 March 2020.
